Coduo Studio, LLC ("Coduo", "we", "us") is a limited liability company registered in Delaware, USA, at 800 N King Street Suite 304-1193, Wilmington, DE 19801, United States. We are a small studio that designs and builds SaaS applications. You can reach us at [email protected].
2. What these terms cover
These terms apply to coduo.co and every page on it (the "Site").
They do not cover the apps we publish — each app has its own terms, and each is distributed and paid for through its own store or payment processor.
They also do not replace any agreement signed between us and a client. Where a signed agreement and these terms disagree, the signed agreement wins.
3. Using the Site
You are welcome to read, share, and link to anything here. Please do not:
- attempt to break, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the Site
- scrape it at a scale that degrades it for anyone else
- use it for anything unlawful, or to pass yourself off as us
4. Content and ownership
The design, text, images, code, and logos on the Site belong to Coduo Studio, LLC.
Work shown in our portfolio may include trademarks and material owned by our clients, shown with their permission and still theirs.
Nothing here grants you a licence to reuse any of it. Ask us at [email protected] — we are usually happy to say yes.
5. Contacting us or booking a call
Emailing us or booking a call does not create a contract or a client relationship.
Scope, price, timeline, and ownership of the work are set out in a separate written agreement, signed by both sides, before work starts.
6. No accounts, no payments here
The Site has no user accounts and takes no payments.
If you buy one of our apps, that purchase is made through that app's store or payment processor — for example the Apple App Store, Google Play, or Stripe — under their terms.
Refunds for those purchases are handled by whoever took the payment, under their refund policy. We will always help you reach them.
7. Links to other sites
We link to our own apps and to sites belonging to clients and partners. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices.
8. Availability and changes
The Site is provided as it is and as it happens to be available. We may change, move, or take down any part of it at any time, without notice.
9. Disclaimer and limits on liability
The Site and everything on it is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Nothing on the Site is professional, legal, or financial advice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coduo Studio, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site, and our total liability relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred US dollars (USD 100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits. Where that is the case, they apply to you only as far as the law allows.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we change the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the Site after that means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New Castle County, Delaware.
If you live in the EEA or the UK, this does not remove the consumer protections your home country gives you that cannot be waived by agreement.
