2. What this policy covers
coduo.co only. The apps we publish have their own privacy policies, shown inside the app or on its own site.
3. Analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views. It is cookieless and does not follow you between websites. It records the page you viewed, the site you came from, and coarse device, browser, and country information, and reports it to us as totals.
To count repeat visits within a single day, Vercel derives a temporary identifier by hashing details of the request, such as your IP address and browser. That identifier is discarded within 24 hours and is never stored by us.
We use no other analytics, no advertising networks, and no third-party trackers.
4. Hosting and server logs
The Site is hosted by Vercel. Like any web host, Vercel processes technical request data, including your IP address, in order to serve pages and to protect the Site from abuse. We keep no log of your IP address in any system of our own.
5. When you contact us
If you email [email protected], we keep your message and address in our mailbox so we can reply and follow the conversation.
If you book a call, the booking runs on Cal.com, which collects your name, email address, time zone, and anything you type into the booking form, and passes it to us. We use it to hold the call and to follow up.
We keep this for as long as we have a reason to be in touch, and we delete it on request.
6. Legal basis (EEA and UK)
We rely on our legitimate interest in replying to people who contact us, in holding calls that were requested, and in understanding which pages of our own site are read. Where we ever need consent, we will ask for it plainly.
7. Who else sees your data
Only the services we use to run the Site and to talk to you: Vercel, for hosting and analytics, and Cal.com, for call bookings. They act on our instructions.
We do not sell your personal information, we do not share it for advertising, and we do not pass it to data brokers. We would disclose personal data only if the law required it.
8. Cookies
coduo.co sets no cookies of its own, and we use no advertising or tracking cookies.
If you open the call booking widget, Cal.com may set the cookies that booking needs in order to work.
9. Where data is processed
Vercel and Cal.com are US companies and process data in the United States and other countries. If you are in the EEA or the UK, your data may therefore be transferred outside your home country. These transfers rely on the data processing terms and standard contractual clauses those providers make available.
10. Your rights
You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it.
If you are in the EEA or the UK, you can also object to or restrict processing, receive a copy of your data in a portable form, and complain to your local data protection authority. If you are in California, you can ask what we collect and ask us to delete it; we do not sell or share personal information.
Email [email protected] and we will answer within 30 days. In practice the answer is short, because there is very little to find.
11. Children
The Site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us something, email us and we will delete it.
12. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we update the date at the top of this page. If a change is significant — for example, if we begin storing user accounts — we will say so plainly here.
