Shareling is a menu-bar app for sharing links between two people. This page describes what it stores and where. It is a starting draft — replace it with your reviewed policy before public launch.
A link you capture holds the URL, an optional title and note, and the date you sent it. Your private organizational labels (Topics) and read state stay on your own devices and never travel to the other person.
Links sync through your own iCloud account using CloudKit. A conversation is a private two-person record zone — there is no Shareling server that holds your links, and no read receipts are ever sent.
